This website
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, embeds no third-party content and has no form that sends data to us. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so your browser contacts no other server when you read it.
The enquiry builder runs only in your browser. It sends and stores nothing: its buttons open your own email program or WhatsApp with the text filled in, and you decide whether to send it. On a computer, an email button first lets you choose your email program, Gmail or Outlook on the web; if you choose a web service, the address, subject and text go to that service in a new tab, under its own privacy terms.
Our hosting provider records technical access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. The hosting provider is Cloudflare, Inc., USA, which processes this data on our behalf. Your browser may also send Cloudflare anonymous reports when a page fails to load (network error logging). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you write to us
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we use your name, company, contact details and message to answer you and to prepare and carry out offers and orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general business correspondence, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta); its own privacy terms apply to messages sent through it.
If we contacted you first
We may write once, with up to two short follow-ups, to the published business contact of a company that imports or trades fresh produce. We take these business contact details from public sources such as company websites and business directories, and we use them only to offer our products (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Each email says how to stop further messages. If you reply "unsubscribe" or object in any other way, we stop at once and keep only the minimum needed to make sure we do not contact you again.
How long we keep data
Correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods that trade and tax law require. A do-not-contact note is kept for as long as it is needed to respect your objection.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing, at any time. Write to export@alesraafruit.com. You may also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work.
